White Paws German Shepherd Dog Rescue would like to cordially invite you to participate in our 2nd annual Pet Expo which will be held on May 8, 2010 at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds (Recreational Center) in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Our expo will be open to the public from 10am-5pm on this day and we look forward to having you there as a vendor/exhibitor! Simply read the information provided and fill out the necessary registration and agreement on Page 3, which can now be done, all on line, along with full payment through Paypal. This year however we will be giving a 10% reduction of the booth rental price, if you register before March 1, 2010!! Take advantage of this savings now!
Booth spaces are limited and booked upon acceptance of the registration form, signed agreement to terms and full payment received. We are planning on having approximately 80 booths, pending on single/double spaces chosen. We have the option to add more if deemed fit. We will have a variety of shows throughout the day that we are in the process of booking and will keep you updated on. We are also having a raffle, in which we are asking vendors/exhibitors to please donate an item-please include your business card and /or brochure and items will be picked up the morning of the event. We are very enthusiastic about this event and will keep you updated via e-mail on more details as the event draws closer, as our vendor/exhibitor list and sponsor list grows and as our show schedule is in place.
Our single booth size is 10'x10' and will include 1 table (8'), 2 chairs and 4 vendor passes for entry. Our double booth size is 10'x20' and will include 2 tables(8' each), 4 chairs and 8 vendor passes for entry. More vendor passes will have to be purchased if needed. We ask that all tables be draped to the floor with no boxes showing. All vendors/exhibitors MUST remain in the confinement of their booths.

Pet Expo Exhibitor Basic Rules
Food and Concessions -
Exhibitors cannot sell human food at their booths unless they are a licensed food vendor. No carry in items allowed. Food must be purchased at concession stand.
Pet Sales and Site Adoptions -
On-site sales and /or adoptions of any live animals are strictly prohibited. Any exhibitor found to be in violation will be escorted out of facility and no refunds will be granted.
Live Animals at Booths -
Please provide adequate supplies to keep your animals comfortable throughout this event. No aggressive animals will be allowed to participate in the event and will be asked to leave should they be deemed not fit. Any waste or clean-up needed should be done immediately and disposed of in proper waste receptacles. Marked exits will be available to you and your pets in order for them to relieve themselves through out the day. All appropriate animals must be leashed and up to date on all vaccinations in order to be a part of this event. All animals MUST be monitored by their proper exhibitors during this event.
Booth Monitoring -
Please do not leave your booth unattended for any reason during the event. White Paws German Shepherd Rescue and/or Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Clean Up -
Please ensure that your booth is cleaned and garbage properly disposed of after the event. Please leave your booth as it was when you arrived. No tape is to be placed on the walls and floors as it can damage the finish.
Parking -
Once you have unloaded your vehicles, you are asked to please park to the BACK of the parking lot, allowing adequate spaces for our customers and patrons.
Set-Up -
Set up for vendors is allowed on Friday evening on May 7, 2010 from 6pm-8pm along with early morning set-up to the event on May 8, 2010 from 7 am. You will be asked to be completely set-up by 9:45 am on the day of the event. If you should need any special arrangements, please contact us and we will make every attempt to cater to your requests.
